Definitely. We like to have all legal paperwork covered when you sign up with us, and that includes your rent agreement.

Whoever gets there first. If your roomie happens to move in before you do, the vacant bed will be assigned to you. Fair and simple.

As much as we’d like you to have company, we won’t be able to permit anyone to stay over at our residences without booking a room or prior document verification.

We’ve got three types of properties that cater to all young folks who are looking for a second home in a new city: -Modern Student Housing: For students who’d like to live comfortably and enjoy the best years of their lives, located near their campuses (so they don't have to rush to get to their first lecture every morning). -Coliving for Professionals: For working professionals looking for premium managed accommodations near IT parks and corporate hotspots (so two hours of their day aren't eaten up by daily commute) -Managed Apartments: For those who’d like to live on their own and rent out an entire fully furnished apartment with zero brokerage and capital investment, professional housekeeping and plenty of other amenities. That too, in the swankiest localities of their preferred city.

We like your enthusiasm, but we suggest visiting the residence you like before making the final decision. Till then, by paying just Rs.1000, you can ensure that you'll get priority access to the best rooms that are available.

If you're a working professional, it's three months. And if you're a student, it's as long as your annual academic cycle.

If you're a close friend or a guardian, then sure. If you're just a random FB friend, then maybe not. Either way, at the time of booking, you’ll have to enter the details of the person who’ll be staying at the chosen Vista Nest Living residence. Once the booking is confirmed, he/she/they will have to meet the caretaker in person to carry out the KYC formalities before moving in.

Sure thing. While you’re in the process of booking a stay at our residence, just reach out to our people to share your preferred room. If it’s possible, we’ll make sure it gets assigned to you. Promise.

If you have chosen a room as your preference, we’ll try our best to assign it to you. But here’s the thing, rooms at Vista Nest Living disappear like fake friends do when you need them (*sigh*). So the allocation of rooms is solely based on availability.

We love how enthu you are. But, but, but... a single person can’t book multiple rooms with the same personal details. In short, you can book multiple rooms on behalf of your friends, but you won’t be allowed to book more than one room for yourself.

Yes, you can, through our remote booking procedure. Just pay a token amount, and we will block a bed for you for a limited time period. But that is subject to availability and payment of non-refundable full booking amount.
